Includes two spiral autograph notebooks titled "1974 L.A. Trip by Car" and "Bandits" compromising circa 70 pages of research notes toward Bandits. These notebooks were published in book form, Notebooks, by Lord John Press in 1990. Also includes typed letter from Herb Yellin to Elmore Leonard (1989) and a published copy of the limited edition book signed by Leonard. All items were originally housed in a clam shell case.
