This collection consists of two boxes of memorabilia from the visit of President George Bush to Washington University. The first box contains photo albums, press kits, videotapes and manuscript materials. The second box contains photographs.

This collection is comprised of historical materials from the Washington University Observatory. This includes records of observations, plans of the Observatory, and reports. Many items in the collection are extremely fragile and require special handling.

Most photographs in this collection were taken by various individuals staffing the events and developed into 4 x 6 inch photos. Negatives have been matched with corresponding images when possible, however these are unnumbered. Some from 2006 are digital images created from Department of Photographic Services negatives, and have standard negative numbers listed on the material.
