Biographical Information

John Max Wulfing (December 8, 1859 – January 28, 1929) was an American collector and antiquarian. Born in St. Louis, Wulfing founded the Gildehaus-Wulfing wholesale grocers. He has a wide interest in classical antiquity though he devoted himself primarily to numismatic interests.
