Biographical or Historical Information

Donald Oresman is an American corporate lawyer. He received his A.B. from Oberlin College in 1946 and his LL.B. from Columbia Law School in 1957.  Oresman served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Paramount Communications Inc., from December 1983 to March 1994. Prior to December 1983, he engaged in the practice of law as a Partner of Simpson Thacher and Bartlett. He has been a Director Emeritus of Movado Group, Inc. since June 13, 2013. He served as a Director of Movado Group, Inc., from 1981 to June 13, 2013.
