Note: these titles were published in John Nobody (1965), which accounts for the date established above. The same names and addresses included here, are listed in the other notebook as well. Also contains same notes on Methuen and repeats several of the names on above book lists. Interspersed are similar unidentified names and addresses. Laid in are four sheets of unidentified poem, moderately revised, 7 pages, circa 1961-1964
