Historical Information

Various individuals have given information about the history of Washington University’s logos, seals, colors, trademark etc. to the Archives because it is important to the history of the University. So, Archives staff started this information file in 2005 in order to maintain this type of material.

Arrangement

The folders are arranged in alphabetical order.

Method of Acquisition

This material was donated to the University Archives by various people over the years. Material in the folder “Washington University Logotype and Trademark, 2004, 2009” was donated by Karen Daubert, Director of Product Licensing in 2004 and Director of Trademark Licensing in 2009.
