Once recordings of the Biology lectures are five years old, they will be transferred to University Archives. Recordings less than five years old will remain in Olin. All recordings will be listed in the library catalog.

Historical Information
The Biology Library collected DVD copies of the course lectures that were streamed for students. They downloaded them from the server at the end of the semester. When the Biology Library closed during the summer 2009, the recordings that were older than five years were transferred to University Archives and those more recent than five years were transferred to Olin Library.
Arrangement
The recordings are arranged chronologically by semester and numerically by class therein.
Source of Acquisition
This material was donated to the University Archives by the Biology Library before it closed in Summer 2009.
Accruals and Additions
Accruals are transferred to the Archives from Olin Library after each semester.
