This collection includes publications created and distributed by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The Faculty of Arts and Sciences Collection includes publications produced for the benefit of Arts and Sciences faculty. The majority of the publications are faculty newsletters and programs and invitations for installation ceremonies for the endowed professorships.

"GDR Bulletin: Newsletter for Literature and Culture in the German Democratic Republic" collections consists of administrative files and issues of the newsletter published by the Department of Germanic Languages and Literature at Washington University in St. Louis between 1975 and 1999.

Materials include general information, publications of the Community Service Office, and service learning courses / faculty support.

The collection contains Washington University yearbooks from 1903 through the present. Years without publication of a yearbook are also indicated. The books are arranged chronologically by year published. Unbound materials are listed at the end. Volume numbering is partially inconsistent due to title changes. Until 1941 yearbooks contained information on the previous years’ class which is reflected in the dates in square brackets following each entry.

The publications produced by the Information Services and Technology Department regard computing and the network at Washington University. Most of the publications are newsletters with information about both specific computing concerns at Washington University and general tips on computing and network issues.

This collection is comprised of bound issues of “The Irving Union,” one loose issue, a bookplate, and an exhibition announcement.

This includes publications created and distributed by the Office of Faculty Advancement and Institutional Diversity.

The publications in the Office of Government and Community Relations Collection discuss the ties between Washington University and the St. Louis community. It includes publications sent to St. Louis residents and reports on the numerous ways in which Washington University students, alumni, faculty, and staff participate in the community around the university.

Most of the documents filed under Human Resources Publications are single-sheet flyers and advertisements about the temporary wellness campaigns undertaken by the university, or reminders about child care, personal finance management and other services regularly offered through Human Resources.

This collection includes publications created and distributed by the Office of Public Affairs, including Feature Services, News Releases, "Timely Topics", and "Washington University in the News."
