Fudgie is seated in a barber's chair while Leroy holds a clippers and stand behind him. Leroy is talking to Fudgie and says, "...And that's how I see the Black situation, Fudgie! Don't you agree with me, man!" Fudgie goes on to respond that he's "not a politician" and in the third panel tells Leroy to "keep your radical ideas to yourself, man!" Leroy is pictured standing behind Fudgie holding a scissors and smiling at Fudgie's new haircut that depicts a clenched fist.
