Biographical or Historical Information
The St. Louis Social Science Association, a branch of the American Social Science Association, was formed on 19 April 1877 to promote social awareness in the areas of education, health, trade and finance, social economy, jurisprudence, and political science in the city of St. Louis. The Association’s membership list is comprised of many distinguished then contemporary civic leaders.
