The Cynthia Walker Papers consists of LGBTQ+ social and activist group materials collected by Walker. Included are t-shirts from Q-Fest St. Louis and St. Louis Prides; catalogs of feminist and lesbian films; information about the 1979 March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights; and a large array of LGBTQ+ and lesbian publications, some of which were published locally in St. Louis.
